oh Donna, this is exquisite..the love and affection in this image are heartwarming and this truly is a Thanksgiving image, both for the family love and the jewel like tones. Could you get just a wee bit more light in the lady's face on the right? And if not, who's complaining when you have captured a moment most of us can only dream of (both emotionally and photographically). i love the light on the hand in the foreground and the little glints of light in the blond woman's eyes and on the lip of the lady on the right (i don't know which one's Quin and which one's Kate, sorry!) The leaves in the background are a lacy screen for the brighter light in the background..not sure what the light source was on the two ladies..was it a fireplace? Beautiful and Happy Thanksgiving, Donna (btw, i left you a comment and the original image in "Under a quarter moon--thanks ever so for your supportive and encouraging comments, lord i needed them last night!) kat~
