David, I see his strength, and this is a strong portrait. He has a wonderful steady gaze. You have chosen the best framing for it I feel, and the lighting is beautifully enhancing.

to be honest... he has a bit a style like a "007"... there is something not natural.
It's a shame, because I think you used the lighting perfecetly. I would also crop a bit on the bottom, to make his figure to fit better to the image, full, I mean.
