About	Drove up to Bodie in 8" of fresh snow last weekend and were glad we did. We were the only ones up there except the park rangers that live there year-round. Sure beats exploring the place in the middle of summer with a thousand tourists. This place is photgraphed all the time, but not so often in the snow. More to come from this series.

Wow..there has been so many great photos uploaded the last few days its hard to keep up with it all.

This has a great soft and at the same time cold feel to it. The shadows are just the right length (a little more and they intrude on their neighbors). It's such a quiet piece, you can almost hear the wind blowing across the land. Well seen.
