Great colours and composition Craig! How did you end up in Japan?
I learned English during holidays in Britain from the age of 8 years. I also studied the language at University. But you speak French and German aswell I gather. Where did you learn these languages?

Very unusual colour palette, isn't it! Not so many of these water wheels left, either. Good to have a record of one but perhaps I'm too familiar with the subject so that it doesn't exactly grab me...

Craig, A delight! Very nice perspective, and lighting. I like the strong shadow of the wheel. The bush on top of the hill is somewhat confusing. At first I thought it was part of the roof. Maybe a smaller aperture might have increased the depth a bit. Lovely scenery, though.
