I must say I like the saturated version better. There's nothing wrong with the natural color in this picture but your saturation in the other picture gives it that "portrait" look, like maybe you colorized an old black and white photo. The saturation of the other photo makes it more interesting, in my opinion.
Amazing Alex how much difference the sky's made. I was sure this elegent building and your good composition didn't need anything more. I can see now that your additional work in the sky gives it that extra bite. Maybe a little less saturation than before in the sky and more in the rest of the image would give it a more natural look.
