Hi Donna; a really nice boat shot-- great depth here-- and as you probably know, boats and ships are some of my fav subjects too. In my recent cloud/tree shot, it was a natural silhouette, ie no detail in the shadows. Just use the darkening/lightening tools at the intensity and size levels that appear right to you-- it's fun to do and an easy thing to experiment with cuz' if you botch the image you can just delete-- just be sure to SAVE your original.
