(this will sound harsh) - ceiling, monitors, other objects you'd expect to be white should be white, not flouro/green. The room looks like its collapsing outward. The composition doesn't allow the desk and other near objects to complete themselves, so they appear clipped, which then makes it seem busy (of course the rectangular frame of 35mm doesnt help with this, but..) I'm thinking a higher angle could help, possibly using a slightly wider lens to pull in more but keep it to just what you want to show. The design of the room and the color scheme are entertaining so it's a question of playing to that (i guess)
