About I'm building this elaborate pinhole camera for 8x10 film, but wanted somthing quick and dirty and put together two film canister cameras last night after being inspired by Michel Bayard (look him up) here on usefilm. Yes that's me, I'll try to keep more still next time.

Nice shot - love the fish eye feel. To answer your question about "Corn on the Cob" - I was walking very quickly and when I crotched down the dog turned and his hind legs hopped up - I shot the pic. I was pretty lucky. Shots like this can't be anticipated - they just happen. I was using 100 ISO so it helped add some of the blur effect. Thanks for the comment - very much so.

Ahhh, amazing shot. Like the tonality, very much like work is for the majority of us.

Telmo - this is the nature of pinhole photography: everything in focus but nothing is sharp :-)

Research is your life!... It's a part of you! Your attempts to go out of the limits of mind are very provocative ;-))) To be honest, the photo has nothing special to me... But it reveals a huge and brilliant mind across this wide fog... This is more than just a click out of focus! You are an "Enfant terrible"!

I know one shouldnt post photos here, but I think it fits: reciprocity failure of cyaonytype is maybe two days (?) - ok :) the results from two hours against the sun (you can see the sun wrote a line, so its a result, isnt it? That means I will stop this tests and get some better paper ...

Dana - it is a good idea, but if I had moved around a lot more I think that the ghost shape would be just barely discernible which I why I stayed in one place.

Ana - it had a little contrast enhancement already, here is a little more (see attachment).

Andreas - cyanotype... can you say reciprocity failure? :-) The thought actually did occur to me yesterday as I have been playing with iron process too lately, but you'll be waiting a loooong time. It would be very interesting to see what it looks like if you get anything.

Mary - I was in a hurry and had to develop these literally in 5 minutes, swish, swish in a couple cup measures. Just trying not to lick my fingers while or after... I can see your point tho, better safe than sorry. There are the fumes as well.

I like the effect in such limited space - feels almost like a fish-eye shot...

I am absolutely dying to bring my coffee can pinholes out again - the main reason I haven't is I've been told pregnant people shouldn't work with darkroom chemicals...Glad to see you are experimenting full fledged now!!

BTW I had to laugh at your comment about little girls licking everything...I have a friend whose daughter eats everything - be grateful our's don't ;)!!

hehe cool - selfmade and paper, this is pinholing how it should be. While i write this comment, two of my boxes stand in front of the house and watch it (0,15 mm), filled with cyanotype (have you experience with that paper?) - btw on my website you can find another great pinhole man, David Balihar in Praha ... Best Regards and keep pinholing!

I knew it all along, you really are a ghostly alien! ;)
This is great Stefan and I actually like the movement. Very strange but fascinating atmosphere you created with your pin hole thingy, I'm impressed!

Interesting, would like to have you seen you move around a lot more though....maybe at the cabinet, opening the cupboard.......don't even know if that's possible!
