Yes, we have a cold climate. But there are also more cold places. For example North Pole. :)) Now in our city the snow did not thaw, a lot of snow, temperature -10C. But already the sun shines brightly. There is a joke - in Siberia 2 winters, the first white winter, second green winter (about our summer, sometimes we have not hot summer, max temperature +20) :))
