About This was taken in the entranceway to the Women's Building on the Oregon State University Campus. It was originally taken with color film, but I changed it to B&W in photoshop to give it more contrast. Shutter speed was actually 20 seconds, but the choices jump from 15 to 30sec.

It's a little bit out of the center and there is a little bit of noise on the left right side Ed!
Perspective and B/W works very well and I think we will see great job from you soon!!!
Please keep in touch and thank you for your comment; I appreciated it so much!

I absolutely love the lighting on this one. Black adn white was a great choice for this shot. I especially love how the circle at the top is mirrored in the circle at the end of the hall. mk

Hey, this is Keelan Andrews. Roseburg is about 1 hour south from eugene. Very cool pic. i think a good choice, to change it to B&W. do u shoot people very much? or are u a more non-people photographer?

Hi Ed, nice to meet you. What were you doing in the entranceway of the Womens building? :-)
Very nice work, it works great in B&W and looks really unusual, it took me a while to work out what exactly it was. It has an ilusion effect on me. I look forward to seeing more of your work. Keep them coming. Regards from Switzerland, Neil

The composition of this shot is really well done! There's a hint of lens flare that distracts from the lines of teh shot, but quite nice!

Ed, very nicely done! The contrast of the B&W definitely adds viewer interest. Difficult shot given the conditions you had available. Regards, Mike

excellent perspective... i really love the architecture. It took me a while to know what I was looking at. Seems like the lighting is a bit overexposed. But..I am not sure how you could avoid this, less exposure may have not given the photo enough lighting and contrast. I really like the converging lines from the arches and the ceilings. I especially like the circle at the bottom of the image. Excellent eye and good work...
