very nice photo.. i would like to add anther point .. u needed better foucs as well.. i do manual foucs with this kind of shots. but as u said it isnt easy :) try with water too.. u will know that milk is much easier than water :) nice catch ..keep up

that is a very interesting shot. I love the composisition. was that taken with a flash or overhead lighting? it appers to me that there are three sources of light reflecting on the milk.
