About I love these pictures of my husband and son, it really shows their friendship with one another. Taken yesterday in my living room with natural light, a little burning & dodging to even up highlights! Also converted to b&w, all in PS 7. Thanks for looking!

Rik, thanks for your wonderful comments! Yes, it is great having captive models! Although, they get tired of posing for me! I had to beg to get them to pose for these, cause they were dressed alike! These three shots were the only ones I got before they ran away from me! But I will cherish these forever! And thanks for hooking me up with Tom's website! I did look at it, and he does beautiful work! Thanks for sharing it with me!

Thanks Hugo for your comments! I liked how they were kind of making the same expression as each other in all of them! In #3, my husband's eyes were a little crazier than in #1 and my son is being crazy in #3 as well! It was a fun shoot! Thanks for commenting, and all my best! da

Dale Ann...This is absolutely wonderful! You have successfully captured a joyful moment here. I always love multiple and sequencial portraits. I used to refer to them as "still movies." They say sooo much more than many, many single exposure studies. This series is especially sweet, because of it's subjects...dad & son... very precious and certainly one that will be appreciated more and more as time goes by. Don't you just love having "captive" models? Congrats & Regards, Rik
PS Look at Tom C's work yet?

Hi Dale Ann, I like this triptych alot. Very expressive! The combination of shots is very well balanced. I notice the expression in your husbands face in shots 1 & 3 is basically the same, whereas the expression of your son is completely different in all three. But they sure look alike. Very well composted, and nicely presented. My compliments!

Cheers,

Hugo
