I'll tell you what things are attractive in this image ( in my opinion). I like the interaction between the friends and the woman in the advertisement. In one sense they are together but, in fact, they are two differents dimensions.
An other interesting element is that only one of the guys is looking at the camera. He is the one who comunicates directly with the viewer and through him we enter to the scene.
Excellent colours and sharpness!
