Hi Roger, I like this composition, and the tonal range is well balanced. The fact that the sunlight makes the eyes visible behind the shades emphasises the commitment of the lead singer.
But as with many "consert" shots, I find it always difficult to address the atmosphere, as a still image only creates a visual representation, whereas the motion, dynamism, interaction with the crowd and foremost, the sound is removed. That is, of course, an obvious statement, but with "tricks" (slow shutter, fill flash, zooming in, DOF, etc) some of that atmoshere can be re-induced. And that's what I think this photo needs... A tad more dynamism...
