Good and innovative approach to macro. The detail in the main poppy is superb, the lighting is just ideal for this kind of subject.

The little critters on the stalk add an excellent touch to the photo, and the inclusion of some background detail adds real depth.

In an ideal world, the only improvement I can think of would be to switch to landscape mode, and include the whole of the foreground flower as well as some background. But I wasn't there and I don't know if it would have fitted.

So good job.
