I think you are right hugo but it is not the fstop it is because it is handheld at 1/30 sec..cheers rog

Hi Roger, Beautiful tones, and the twigs create a nice dynamism in this shot. It seems a bit soft, though. Wouldn't go as far as stating it is a tad out of focus, and it seems the DOF is a bit too shallow, but with an f8, I find that hard to believe, so I'm back at the photo being slightly out of focus. None the less, I do like this shto, the brownish red and blue background is perfect, something unusual and very effective. I might've cropped off the slice of leaf on the lower edge, though. Good shot, with excellent lighting.
