O lugar é muito bom pra fazer uma foto de longa exposicao mesmo, pena q os postes de luz atrapalham, uma abertura mais fechada e um tempo maior de exposicao deixaria um efeito mais bonito... gostei da sua composicao!

A smaller aperture and longer exposure could have gotten you more lines of lights. These types of shots are usually exposed for at least 30 seconds...
