About	Shot of Sydney city taken at night from across the water. Tried to crop it tighter but it lost the effects in the sky and water which I think make this photo stand out more than some of the others I took.

This has a good mood to it. What I find unusual about it are the colors in the sky (and their reflections in the water) so I am glad you decided not to crop any tigther than this (at least not both on top and bottom). You gave it the correct exposure as I see it, even if the lights in the city clearly are blown out. Here that bothers me not a bit. I like how the city is contained in the surrounding darkness as well. The composition is a little static with the bright light dead center, a crop from the top could help since those delicious colors are still present near the bottom of the page.
