You have such a good eye. Really like this shot, nice textures (so important to me as a B&W'er ;-) and you have handled the colours beautifully! Something to put on the wall. congrats. J.

Hi Kathleen! Well spotted; it's both graphic because of the shapes and interesting because it's hard to guess what it is. Or did you construct it? Beautiful colours, that remind me of tropical places...
Kind regards,
Tom

I just sent you a comment, don`t know what happened. This is an example for what makes a good photographer... your eye must be very good,to make a great photo of a simple object.
Many thanks for your kind comments,
regards,Ursula

Kathleen, hard to ignore this one, so bright, I thought it might be oversaturated but find it's not, just lovely cheerful paintwork. Hard to what the purpose of the pipes was but whoever painted them saw the artistic potential which you captured so well, I expect the red paint is rubbed away from people sitting there. I'm pleased you weren't tempted to crop any tighter.
Magazine quality photo.

This really shows that you can make a picture out of just about everything, very well seen Kathleen, the contrast between the blue and the red is just great. The leaning of the two pipes really adds alot to this picture.
