Unfortunate that the subject is stood in front of the ornament hanging on the wall. She has that classic "objects sticking out of her head" that we've all taken at some point, when we've neglected taking into consideration what's in the background. Personally, I'm infamous for the lamposts and trees my subjects have, not infrequently, been seen to sproput from their heads.

Very nice shot and a lovely lady. The image itself seems a little noisey to me. It looks like you had plenty of light so I can not tell just where the noise was generated. High ISO? Maybe you applied it on purpose?
When I have a shot that has a tad bit of noise I use NoiseWare Community Edition (free) it is program much like Neatimage noise reduction software. Noiseware Community Edition (free one) can be found at http://www.imagenomic.com/ and is very easy to use.
I hope you don't mind but this is the same picture with default noise reduction settings in Noiseware applied. The skin and bricks are much smoother, adding to the dream like effect that you added with the soft edges filter.
Just my thoughts.
