About	This is the result of an experiment. A 200-400 F5.6 lens with a 23mm extension tube at around F8 or F11. My D100 does not commnicate with the extension tube so I'm guessing. This is about four feet away from the flower. DOF is very shallow. Sharpened with high pass filter and hard light layer. Tripod a must, the biggest problem was the wind and keeping the tip focused of course.
