To answer your question, yes the nikonos uses a framer that allows a pretty easy focus. I usually take the arms of the framer and just let the guide bar on the bottom be my ruler.

It works great on stationary subjects like this, but isn't the best choice for skittish critters :)

Wow! Using an extension tube on a zone-focus camera. How in the world do you focus that? Does it use one of those frames that stick out from the lens?

What I really loved about this image was not only the colors but the unorthodox composition. It at first visually confused me then started to really appeal to me. Great job bob.
