I think I'll better be very selective, but I'm definitely going to post a Hoh triptych after the space needle one.... Very inspiring, Gayle! You have some wonderful images. Eventhough I'm drawn towards the postcard type of shots, the more impressionistic ones are way stronger.

Cheers,

Hugo

Hi,Geoff - yes,i did use a polarizer filter..also,to be honest, there were a couple of hot spots of yellowish green on one of the branches that i worked on in Paintshop Pro8...that shot was from my June 21 birthday trip this yr. and i was trying to shoot as much as possible during my limited stay, and couldn't always wait for the best lighting..gayle

Wow... I love the Olympics.

I have tried countless times to get an "all green" shot like that here in Oregon... I have never quite nailed it.

Did you use a polarizer filter for this one?

Every shade of green one can imagine are in the Hoh. Closer to home for you and me is the Isput Creek entrance to Rainier...been there? K
