That's very creative. I like how the hand is very defined and nothing else is.
It reminds me of my Dad.
Because he always reads the newspaper.

I can always relate something in my life to your shots. It's wonderful.

Tim,

I love the composition here. Its so hard to get people in unassuming positions alot of times and I think this captures exactly what happens at the airports with out intruding on anyone. nice work.

Cheers,
Toby

Timothy, I believe this is much more than just an interesting composition. First, it shows you've a nice vision of things. And second, it shows more about americans than you can imagine.
Look closer. Nobody's talking to anyone, they're all caring for their interests only. The depths of focus reinforces this by showing only what one of them is doing. And that map... It seems to show people are warmer in the south, heehehe...

Colors are very nice, saturated.

Maybe you didn't thought of all this when you shot this image but it fits so perfectly. It's one that we take thinking of one thing than realize it has more content than we could imagine at the time.

I've been to the USA many times. I love San Francisco for it doesn't feel like a traditional american city but you have all the benefits of living in an american city. And people there are usually more open minded than the average americans I've met.

Great, great image, Timothy. By the way I enjoyed your images very much, will keep coming back looking for "The World As Seen By Timothy" :-)

My best,

Jose Azevedo

One of the three points of focus should be sharp.

Oh, yeah! This says so much. The passenger at the desk, the United logo in background, and the traveller with the weather map. Great!!
