Yes Carol and she has every right to. I read her coment on your photo. It was in no way direspectful or bashing your photo. She simply said it would look nicer with less white. Also-- Critiquing is simply constructive critism or an opinion. You do NOT need to be a pro to do this.
Learn to take the critiques in the best way.

Just because I don't take many pictures of people and I'm fifteen doesn't mean I can't tell you what I think. You're asking for ratings, but does it matter who they are from?!? Everyone has different opinions, and creative critism is better feedback than "Nice Photo".
