keep shooting dancers...I can see you love what you do! Cropping while shooting needs some improvement so that you do not cut details, a fast film is needed in case you wish to catch the movements of the dancers, the flash can sometimes be hard and destroys details.
keep the good work!!
A tip I use... 800 and more ASA film, wide aperture and slow shutter can offer you the effect of motion in an experimental manner. In case you move your camera you can have some light painting also and you can "move" the colors the way you want. My favourite style!
