About Working on my long exposures at the beach. It was about an hour after sunset and could hardly see any of the rocks to focus. Got this one which came out better than I had hoped for.

Superb photo. I love the way you used the shutter speed. It gives the water a really cool effect. Very good contrast and sharpness. Really nice.

Nice effect here. Almost like it was on Mars or somewhere similar. At least this is what I got from it. Good B&W shot!

Beautiful! I like this kind of work, using long exposure with water in motion.
Is really interesting how the water is transforming in smooth with time and motion. Isn't it?
And I understand when you say hard to make the focus...

Very good work at all!
Cheers

PS: If you don't mind I invite you to see some similar photos on my portfolio, like my serie "Encallado" ;)

Wonderful Howie, marble like sheen to the rocks, as if amid swirling primeval mist.
Very successful result from your determination.

I love it when an unexpected gem like this comes out of a photoshoot. The lighting on the rocks is perfect, you would think it was in a studio. Good job on the B&W conversion too. It's going in my favs.

Mystic!

The line between foreground and sky is very hard. The absence of any clouds adds to the bizarre appearance - truly like another planet.

Great use of the long exposure and really nice effect of "sugar glassč" on the rocks.
Lovely effect and low key tones.
