Very nice angle and ... as you said, curve ~ excellent compo! The scene looks really intriguing/inviting as you can?t see what that bridge leads to :) Thanks for your visit to my portfolio; much appreciated!

Hi Gayle, reading the about and the looking at your photo reminds me of "Bridges of Madison County" with Meryl Streep and Clint Eastwood :) Love the low angle of view and the curve! Well seen. "Cross that next bridge when you come to it..." if you know what i mean. Take care Neil

Bridges are such a great metaphor for all sorts of things, but there's a lot more going on here. You can just feel the lofty arch of it and the secure solidity of it. Nice red/green contrast. Nice depth of field to focus our attention on the high point. You're really very good at this.

hi,Jo and i wondered what happened to you..nice to have you back!..the bridge was somewhere near Forks,or LaPush,Wa over near the coast on peninsula..it may have been crossing the Bogachiel,Hoh,or Queets river..so many that i can't remember which one..that would be a good skate ride if no speeding trucks around!..will check your images soon..gayle

Gayle, you're cool. I don't know why I didn't put you on my friends list earlier-I keep on having to track down your portfolio through past comments! Anyway, I've been gone but I'm back and I'm excited to see the other pictures you've taken. This one's great. Where is it? My longboard and I are gonna conquer that dropoff!! ;)

Be adventursome....oh...and take a camera wiff ya, just incase there is a fall off...that would be a great shot!!!(Of course...you would land lightly and be unhurt....)

Great perspective..made the curve stand out very well.. the dof was right on also..making it appear as a deep drop off here. Lovely colors.. Very nice shot my friend!
