Unreal. I keep looking at it to see what's distorted.... it's layered so nicely, I keep thinking it might be my eyes....

Cheers

Hi Gayle,

I think it's a very intriguing and successful image! Your framing, using the window frame and the dark but textured (detailed) building wall is very effective. It's the solid reality. The reflection of the older building is more mysterious, ephemeral and strangely, humorously, doubled and buldged at the top. Your choice to go with desaturating the photo to B&W really works well with the tones you captured.

My only suggestion - and this is just my personal preference, would be to try to crop out the seam with the adjacent building along the left edge. I think I like it better where the framing wall is one monlithic element.

Did I mention that I like it very much?? :-)

Best regards,
SteveR

Nice photo. May I suggest to take in a few more windows to form a triplet? You may include the building and its reflection.

great eye Gayle, I'm sure I would never have seen this type of image while going through the busyness of the city. I took me a bit to get oriented with this one.
Fantastic vision my compliments.
Cheers, Tim

I find this hilarious. It's like the building couldn't stand being so regular any more and just had to dance and wiggle around a little. Very observant of you, Miss Sharp Eyes.
