This cottage has the name "Easter Eggie" there is also a Wester Eggie but sadly no fried eggie!! These small Scottish cottages are often called a 'But n' Ben' and have only two rooms. Most are now holiday homes.
i love the clouds, like in a giant cathedral ! This bright style looks also good with IR. Really impressing landscape and you describe it so nicely with the camera that I feel I must go there.
Must share this, John. Someone I knew retired to Wales, wanted to give a Welsh name to his cottage, and looked up the dictionary. "Little House" seemed appropriate, so he called it "Ty bach." This vastly amused the villagers, as it's a Welsh euphemism for the toilet, which was usually in a "little house" at the bottom of the garden. Better than Dunrovin, though.
