Thanks Jennifer, this was one of the first portraits I ever shot. Before I learned the reflector trick! If I could get him to, I would love to reshoot some similar and try that.

Ale Ann, this is super - I can see how tired he looks, must have been a busy day down at the park :-)
The lighting is just wonderful and it could only be a B&W photo that captures that moment this good.
The tonal range is awesome, excellent work !

Very nice, Dale Ann. You might want to try a reflector next time to help with the shadows under his eyes. I really like the "stillness" of this shot!

yes you can tell he seems a bit tired. but capturing that bored look is still beautiful.
