Wow, I like the contrast of this photo. The silhouette of Westminster makes the picture look gothic. I've taken a few pictures like this in Ottawa, the capital city of Canada. You can make pictures look like this with a film camera by using Kodak Tmax 400 film, a red filter, and a polarizer at the same time.
