About Graceful and svelte at 45,000 tons, she's riding a bit high, 14 feet to be exact. But then you get to see more of the hull. Kind of like an elegant woman raising the hem of her skirt. Almost 900 feet long. With a beam of 108 feet she could pass through the locks of the Panama Canal with one foot to spare on each side. Fast too -- she could do 38 MPH, day in, day out. For 15,000 miles. Just incredibly beautiful.
