It's a Butterfuly, but they call it the Owl butterfully, because it has the circles that look like an owl Eyes.

Awesome image once again James. You can tell it's a butterfly from the antannae, see how they kind of look like a drum stick on the end? This is what we call a "Buckeye" Buttie! I have a few images I will share sometime in my next few uploads! :)
