I know you say this is her personality, so if you are asking which would work best for her main photo on this one too I'd also say the middle one. She looks the most her age and least provacative. She looks very "attractive" rather than trying to look sexy. I'm guessing she is trying to show attitude, but it comes off as trying to be sexy.
the adult/provacative poses and clothes are a bit unsettling and possibly innapropriate. Even the bottom left and top right images are more adult by their proximity to the other images of teh same subject and clothing. interesting, because on their own they are cute, but together the montage makes it a bit unsettlingly risque.
Creative, but a bit provocative for a 3rd grader. The poses are quite mature and so it seems a little off. I like the idea, but would have made it a bit less "adult."
