Jennifer, what a wonderful sunset - you prove it's rating with this photo. Beautiful.

Jenifer this is so beautiful, the rocks look almost like coal, [which shows my age I do 'just' remember the days when the coalmen delivered to the houses.] It is unusual to be able to get a pink glow on the water, how lovely to be near somewhere so reknowned for it's sunsets.

Hi Jennifer, what a wonderful composition color- as well as graphic wise of this beautiful sunset. The photo lives from the precarious relation between the heavy dark rocks and the glorious sunset colors, but those glittering red reflections on the rocks put this pic in balance and make it a gratifying adventure to look at: the power of the sea, the steadiness of the rocks and the beauty brought to us by sky and sun.
A summary of the world outside and within.
In this context it is a minor flaw lacking to perfection that some part of the horizon seems overexposed, the lighting conditions definitely were extreme. Best regards Jorg.

Jennifer, my wife and I will be on vacation in Victoria mid October for a week. If you are interested in a meeting to chat "photography" I would be delighted, I like your portfolio a lot. I definitely will bring my camera to Victoria. If you wish you can contact me over e-mail posted in my profile on this website.
