About These two refractions certainly have less subject matter than the material I have been showing lately, but I am back to finding this kind of stuff interesting. So there. Title thanks to Jeannette.

Ian - there certainly are some nicely toned muscles in this one.

Amazing the miracles we conjure up given the right vessel for our projections. I see a young male dancers body. The only way I can explain his hips.

I love the way it imitates the human form with its beautiful lines, and the texture is interesting as it seems to resemble wood. Very impressive work~

Yes, I too see a human figure but definitely that of a shapely woman from an alternate universe! Great picture. Rgds, Svend

I don't agree with you... It's different but hasn't less "information"... Lets just say it's scatered in different beautiful ways... heheheh ;-)))

Great abstract.. almost like a body moving around. Very fluid.. very vibrant! =) Love the tones and light and ofcourse the composition.

Great work!

Hello Hugo - interesting comment in view of the ladies impressions :-) Not enough in the upper right to make a definite identification but it may be a remnant of the Orrefors maker's sticker on the candleholder I used for this.

You are absolutely right. After you pointed it out I can see nothing else in there. Thanks!

Thanks Ed - letting gravity have its say... After Jeanette and Kim's comments I am inclined to stay with the upright version...

this is as floating as the previous one... both of them give me the underwater motion impression... beautifull work.... love it... emy

I thought of a man's torso as well... odd how the mind can pull shapes out of anything!
I like this one best out of the two, and find the dark, smudged outline a wonderful texture to the almost soft inners. I like Ed's placement as well as yours.. they each seem to highlight different parts of the image.

That really looks like a mans body. Perfectly done Stefan.

Hi Stefan; a very well composed refraction; very voluptuous and somewhat feminine. I love the textures and again the slight moiré patterns again. Just wondering what caused the slight distortions in the top right quadrant; where some minor dustst spots affecting the pattern? cant'be; be but it looks like that. It'll keep my mind spinning for a while what caused it, though. Very well done!

Cheers,

hguHugo
