About What a brilliant night! It was my Fun Band practice last night and, boy, did we let it rip!! I get together with 4 or 5 friends once a month and we have a blast! Playing everything from Garth Brooks to Billy Idol, the Beatles to the Eagles! And it was one of the best nights we'd had in ages! We even had a guest harmonica player turn up! ;-))

This shot is of one of our three guitarists, (I'm one of the other two!), taken during 'White Wedding'. I got to sing 'Crazy little thing called love' last night and thoroughly enjoyed it. Got home at 11.30 then put this pic together. Hope you like it.

Best regards to all,

Chris

It took me a while to figure out what I was looking at but the contrast, color and motion attracted me. I recognized the strat of course. Now I see the arm and legs. Interesting, the way it revealed itself to me. Nice shot Chris

What a fantastic artistic image! Fabulous glow and grain. Very Rock 'n Roll, very cool. A little tidbit of Trivia for you. The term Rock 'n Roll was first coined by a DJ in Cleveland, Ohio. Found that out in the gift shop in the Cleveland airport when waiting for a flight.

Thanks, Stuart!
I've played guitar since I was 11. I now have two Takamines, a Tokai strat and an almost new American Fender Strat that my late dad-in-law left to me. I cherish it and just love to play it! I'm no genius, but I get by and have a lot of fun in the process!
Best regards, Chris

Thanks, Roberto! Every so often I like to throw in something very different. I don't like being stereo-typed!! I realise that most of my work is sharp and highly saturated, (pictures of landscapes, cottages and flowers ~ which I love!), but I don't want anyone to think that's all I can do!!
Best regards, Chris

You'd better brush up on ya Buddy Holly before 16th April Chris. I expect a rendering of Mailman bring Me No More Blues.
Great image, it's slowly dawning on me what all the components are. Still I'm fick.
