About	This image was captured with natural light on an old stair case in Seattle. I would have liked to capture a wider shot, but a wall prevented me from getting far enough away from the subject to capture a full body shot. I welcome your constructive criticism and advice. Thanks.

This is another example where intentional under-exposure would have saved details in the skirt and bodice of the gown. Also, consider toting around a 4x4-foot piece of stiff white board (gator-foam or foam-core boards can be bought at Kinkos or any office supply store). Then, you would have had the ability to add some light to her face, which is where you really want to direct the viewer's eye.
