About This stream was a bit cluttered with sticks that dropped off of the trees from the high winds from the remnants of the hurricane winds that came through. The extra leaves in the water made for a nice feel though. Tell me what you think.

Hi Darren, nice shot. The composition is right on, and I like the perspective of being right on top the water at the bottom,

excellent.. the best part is the small pool at the bottom of the photo. The reflection is so cool..the lighting and colors is almost unreal.. great work

Ahh it feels good to be back online and to come back to such beautiful "friends" images! I rolled down until the greenery wasn't showing and it appealed to me more for some reason. But I'm sure it would lose something for others that way.

Yes. What you see is what you get. I did not change or alter the hues whatsoever. The long exposure may have had alot to do with the colors being that way. The lighting that day was a bit dull, and that is one way I was able to leave the shutter open so long. I also used a Circ. Polarizer so that I could reflect the image of the trees in the water. Thanks for the interest.

Stunning fall photo. This does look as though there is a bit of a yellow/green cast, but I'm not sure if thats how the lighting happened to be or not. I really like how you composed this. Very well done.

Hi Darren, gotta love forests that are dark enough to do longer exposures, this one turned out good. Only wonder if you cropped in more slightly on the water??? I have found that to really be the captivating element. The rocks also make a nice shape to follow,

Chris

I think this is just lovely. Strong, dark tones and a quiet, peaceful mood. Great shot.
