About	Glad I got some shots a few weeks ago because now these trees are almost bare. The seagulls seemed to be floating on air.

Barry - I used the 70-200L 2.8 lens with a 2x converter - on the tripod - auto focus - 1 stop under at 100 ISO. The camera automatically set the shutter speed and aperture. I had the camera set for center focus square only. I thought I was focusing on the trees, but could have had camera movement with all that lens weight on the camera. Thanks for your comments. Mark

Very nice contrast in colours between the water and the autumnal trees and the posts help to add interest. The image looks rather soft - was it hand held or did you use a short depth of field as it looks like it might be focused somewhere on the water?

i had to add this to my favorites...the colors are so vivid...I can almost feel myself sitting there as the chilly wind blows in off of the water and the leaves fall off of the trees.
