David - isn't that a great effect. I was also playing with that (thanks to Howie & Kelly) but I also found "Levels" to be fun also. A black border might take a little of the brightness down for you but it's a nice shot - what did the Mom think? I bet she likes it.

very cute! i like the angle and framing of the shot! i also like that her eyes clearly stand apart from the rest of the shot, the overall whiteness of the rest really allows one to focus on her eyes! well done! Kessia
