thankyou Margaret - I stumbled on it through a BP post by a fellow called Graham Jones. He then semi desaturates but I like it before the desaturation too.

Wonderful, I never thought of doing that on Lucy's newborn shots, it makes a great effect without making it look false either. Such a beautiful portrait, lovely expression
