Business travel brought me to Hong Kong three times in the first half of this year; an impressive town with many exciting images. Unfortunately, these trips took place before I got the D70.
We spent a Sunday afternoon on the Kowloon side and had a foggy view of the Honk Kong skyline across the river. It?s a busy river as you can see from this series. Vessels are coming and going and range from regular ferries connecting Hong Kong and Kowloon, to private yachts, to tourist boats and junks, to barges and small container ships.
The fog makes it an interesting series. Let me know what you think.

Thank you for your comment, AJ. Good question about the shadow. I had tried ?raw? images and framed ones before and personally like the 3d like look of the shadow. But as you point it out, the black shadow is a little overpowering the grey tones of the picture.
I like the "messy" shape of the barge against the regular shape of the buildings behind, and the contrast of the barge against the fog really adds to the atmosphere. Does the image really need the shadow frame behind it? AJ
