This is slightly overexposed (highlights are blocking up), and not quite enough depth of field; it could be stunning if it was just a bit sharper. The focus problem is that the nose is in focus but the eyes aren't, yet the eyes make a large part of the power of the picture.
Also, check your color balance - the white shouldn't be bleeding blue/cyan if you match the light type just right (try the setting for shade). Correcting the color balance will also bring up the intensity of the orange fur and make the cat prettier. You may be able to correct this in software, if you took the original in raw mode.

Sharp photo of a big cat. Good color and clarity. These are the photo's i would like to make too......but it will be hard to find a tiger in belgium without a cage(fence) around him.
