This is a remarkably fine portrait. Of course you have a great model in your daughter! But the off-center composition, the perfect exposure despite tricky lighting (face in shadow, bright highlights), and the great textures of the stone, all combine to make this fine--oh yes, not to mention the choice of B&W. I think I might have used dodge-and-burn to lighten the face just a little more, but it's fine as it is.
