Heya Vadim good to see you posting here as well. Been here about 6 months now. I like this and wpf as there is a different community spirit in each site.

And I can see why they ordered it that big! Gorgeous shot. How lucky this couple is to have such a wonderful picture. It is so unusual to have a boat in the picture with the bride and groom, and it makes this look rather like a painting. I love how her train mixes with the chains. Gorgeous color and tone, and fabulous composition.

Wonderful wedding shot, the background is beautiful, the only think that disturbs me slightly about it is the bride's left hand it would have been better if it was out of sight IMHO. Congrats, on a beautiful capture.

So this was yours, not surprized! :) I remember seeing this one time ago and it just blew me with the clarity, colors, and the angle of the shot, I couldn't find it after that as I didn't remmeber whom it belonged to :) Perfect choice Howie!

I think the horizon is a little on a lean..the water appears to be running to the right and perhaps a crop to the lhs to lose the round brown blob thing and yep its a beauty

Hi Melanie
I love my Canon cameras. I have an eos 1N and an eos 20D. I started off as you read in my bio with several prosumer cameras. To be honest though, there is so little between any of the pro cameras its hard to choose between them. A friend of mine has a Nikon D70 and its a wonderful camera. Would I give up my Canon for it, probably not. Value for money though, I reckon the D70 is right up there :)

I agree, it looks surreal! You captured a really beautiful moment, what an awesome wedding picture to have! I bet they were extremely happy ;o)
While I was reading your bio I noticed you said you have all Canon equipment. I have a hand-me-down Canon Powershot A80, and really like it, for what it is. Now that I am getting more serious about photography I realize I need a better camera and was wondering about the more professional models that Canon has. So, you are happy with your Canon?
