Very good photo....I didn't know anything about the spelling mistake...my english is worst then yours..:P
Even I couldn't belief that it is done in Photoshop, and I don't get a hint on how did you do it either, it looks more like a multi exposure to me, the only think I am not very sure is the grains that appeared in the photo....seems like the effect of the fast films such as ISO400, but anyway, it's great works..

Excellent job. First glims it would seem as if 5 boys were actually dancing. Only when one opens it up does it become apparent that it is the same boy. I really like it. Don't know how much more you could actually improve on it (I guess with the exception of the spelling, as Simon noted ;o) )
