About Here I tried to catch the hues under a low sun and open blue sky. I was also attracted by the contrast between both the textures and lines of the snow and the rock.

Hi Chirstian, Good to hear from you again. The simplicity of this shot is outstanding, as both the composition as well as the tones and hues are very well balanced. Abstract, yet recognisable as such. The melted snow by the reflection off the rock on the left adds a very nice detail; the extra lines in the snow adding to the composition. Very good shot.

Cheers,

Hugo

Amicalement
Fabrice

woooooooow.. one magical and simple shape. a cliff wedge makes friendship with the candid snow! much spectacular one, and, personally I find it fascinating and disarming in semplicity
