Jolly colours. Tilted horizon doesn't bother me, neither does the lack of sharpness. Good!

A little bit blown out.. and the colours strike me to be to much on the blue side, but maybe that was your intention..

You should be careful about the horizon by the way.. It is really difficult to get a balance in a photo with a tilted horizon..

I look forward seeing some surfing photos!
